Description: General purpose surface-conditioning rolls optimized for use on all surfaces have an aluminum oxide abrasive applied to a nonwoven surface. Surface-conditioning abrasives made of nonwoven nylon conform to irregular surfaces and remove surface imperfections, mill scale, and surface rust to create a smooth surface ready for finishing. Aluminum oxide is a strong, sharp, and durable abrasive that penetrates the work surface and withstands heat and high speeds. Compatible surfaces and substrates include paint, plastic, composites, gelcoat, fiberglass, and carbon steel.
